Als Coach und Trainer arbeitet er branchen\u00fcbergreifend im Bereich des Human Resource Managements, insbesondere in der Personal- und Teamentwicklung. Von 2006 bis 2015 leitete Farid Arbabi zusammen mit Alexander Greisle mehrere europ\u00e4ische F\u00f6rderprojekte (ESF) zu den Themen Change-Management und Organisationsentwicklung in Unternehmen. Heiko Hansjosten<\/h3>\n<div class=\"siteorigin-widget-tinymce textwidget\">\n\t<h6>Wissenschaftliche Konzeption<\/h6>\n<p>Heiko Hansjosten ist Professor f\u00fcr Allgemeine Betriebswirtschaftslehre, insbesondere Personalmanagement, an der Hochschule Heilbronn. Zudem ist er an verschiedenen Instituten im Benelux-Raum t\u00e4tig, so etwa am EIKV \u2013 European Institute for Knowledge- and Value Management Luxembourg. Im Rahmen seiner Forschungs- und Beratungst\u00e4tigkeit arbeitet Heiko Hansjosten unter anderem an der wissenschaftlichen Konzeption, Evaluation und Weiterentwicklung der Profilanalyse und betreut deren Implementierungen. Langj\u00e4hrige berufliche Erfahrungen sammelte er unter anderem in den Branchen Aviation und Kommunikationstechnik in diversen F\u00fchrungspositionen sowie als freiberuflicher Berater. Das Management komplexer IT-Projekte und die damit verbundenen Fragestellungen der Personal- und Teamf\u00fchrung geh\u00f6ren neben Customer Relationship Management zu seinen Arbeitsschwerpunkten.
